We had a fantastic experience at Pasha Hotel. The staff were attentive throughout our stay. They were really nice too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One particular staff member, whose name unfortunately I didn't catch, really stood out. He provided really good service and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite a few minor issues with the room, the excellent service definitely made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good customer service.

We had a peaceful sleep thanks to the surprisingly quiet room with no traffic or train noise. The staff were lovely, helpful, and friendly. The Aircon kept the room cool and comfortable.
