We had a fantastic experience at Pasha Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One particular staff member, whose name unfortunately I didn't catch, really stood out. He provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite a few minor issues with the room, the excellent service definitely made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service.

We had a peaceful sleep thanks to the surprisingly quiet room with no traffic or train noise. The staff were lovely, helpful, and friendly. The Aircon kept the room cool and comfortable.
